The VALESO Handmade 65×50 L (3.0/0.8) CM, PVD Black stainless steel kitchen sink with coating is designed as a versatile solution for kitchens with an active daily workflow. The construction is focused on everyday tasks and stable performance characteristics. The model integrates easily into the work area and remains practical throughout its entire service life.

The base material is SUS 201 stainless steel with a brushed surface and a PVD coating in a black graphite shade. The material tolerates contact with hot water, steam, and household detergents, is resistant to temperature fluctuations, and does not require complicated maintenance. The surface does not accumulate dirt, is easy to clean, and retains a neat appearance even under intensive use. On the reverse side, the bowl is additionally equipped with anti-vibration pads, while all technical areas beneath the sink are treated with a noise-absorbing coating that significantly reduces sound during water filling and draining.

PVD Coating

PVD coating (Physical Vapor Deposition) is a high-tech method of applying an extremely durable, thin, and long-lasting coating to metal products in a vacuum environment. It offers exceptional resistance to scratches, corrosion, moisture, and abrasion. This is achieved through molecular adhesion of the coating to the stainless steel base. The coating is capable of maintaining its natural sheen for many years without peeling or separating from the surface.

The overall dimensions of the sink are 65×50 cm, and the bowl dimensions are 355×395×220 mm. To the right of the bowl there is a drying area with a slight slope that prevents water from remaining on the surface. This layout allows convenient washing of dishes, pots, and kitchen utensils without overcrowding the workspace. The depth of the bowl helps reduce splashing and makes daily use more comfortable.

An overflow protection system is integrated into the rear wall of the bowl and works in combination with the siphon included in the set. From the factory, two mounting holes are provided:

• a 25 mm hole on the left for installing a dispenser, glass rinser, filtered water tap, or similar accessories;
• a 35 mm hole opposite the drain opening (aligned with the center of the bowl) for installing a kitchen mixer tap.

The round 90 mm drain opening is designed for a siphon with a 110 mm outlet according to the European standard. The siphon is included and features a manual drain valve, a debris basket, and a bottle-type trap with a transparent sediment cup for visual clog control. The drain assembly is designed without a central bolt — tight sealing is achieved by a large-diameter threaded nut that evenly compresses the sealing elements around the entire perimeter. The valve cover, drain flange, and debris basket are finished in the same color as the sink, forming a unified visual composition.

The sink is intended for inset installation into a kitchen countertop. The delivery set already includes all necessary components: siphon, mounting hardware, and dispenser. Special mounting lugs on the sink body, combined with the fasteners, ensure a tight, secure, and watertight fit to the countertop.
