Delivery and payment of orders in the Valeso-shop.com.ua store
The branded online store "Valeso-Shop" delivers orders across Ukraine by the courier service "Nova Poshta". Order delivery:
- To any "Nova Poshta" post office or parcel terminal within Ukraine - free shipping, subject to the purchase being made for an amount exceeding 2000 UAH.
- Delivery of orders to a "Nova Poshta" branch/postamat with a value up to 2000 UAH is paid and costs 110 UAH to your "Nova Poshta" branch.
- Address delivery, regardless of the order amount, costs 200 UAH to the entrance and is carried out by the "Nova Poshta" courier service.
- Payment is possible upon receipt of the order at the courier service branch or to the courier upon address delivery. The commission for cash on delivery is paid by the buyer.
Online payment
- Payment is made online, when placing an order. To do this:
- Fill in all the fields on the order page, selecting the payment method "Payment by card/Privat24 (LiqPay)".
- Click the "Payment" or "Order Confirmation" button, after which you will be redirected to the payment page.
- Select the payment method "Card", "Privat24" or "LiqPay" and follow the instructions, filling in all the fields required for payment.
- Processing and shipping of a paid order can be carried out by the store without prior agreement with the buyer. It may take from 1 to 5 business days to prepare an order before it is sent to the buyer by courier service.
