The Valeso kitchen station in “gold” color with a textured surface will not only become a striking element of your interior but will also make the sink area fully functional, convenient, and modern.

Materials and installation features

The Handmade 75x45 PVD Gold model with decor has a width of 75 cm and the maximum bowl capacity for its dimensions. Installation is carried out in the traditional way for this type of equipment — into a cutout of the corresponding size in the kitchen countertop (top mount). To ensure a long-lasting and watertight joint between the countertop and the sink, special fasteners are additionally used to pull the sink down and secure it from underneath.

It is made of high-quality stainless steel with a PVD coating. The thickness of the bowl walls and bottom is 1 mm, while the top rim and the mounting surface for the control panel are made of 3 mm stainless steel. The baskets included with the sink are also made from 1 mm stainless steel. An important detail: all external (technical) surfaces of the kitchen sink are coated with a special soundproofing compound, and vibration-damping pads are installed on the bottom and bowl walls.

For reference — any soundproofing residue that may end up on visible surfaces or the edges of the top rim during manufacturing can be easily removed with a cloth moistened in alcohol or any household solvent.

Control panel

A key component of this kitchen sink set is the control panel, which offers maximum functionality to the user. It is made from a combination of materials such as stainless steel, brass, plastic, and black glass. It features two waterfall systems, a mixer tap, a soap dispenser, a rinser, an information display, control knobs, water supply buttons, a liquid soap dispenser, and a faucet for filtered water.

The panel is made of black glass, with all inscriptions placed under the glass to prevent wear during operation. The keys are made of plastic, and the panel walls are made of stainless steel with a “gold” PVD coating. The faucet controller combines matching-color plastic and black glass.

The control panel comes in separate packaging from the sink, complete with all necessary components and accessories. Mounting holes are pre-made on the sink to ensure a tight and watertight fit of the panel to the sink rim.

Rinser (Cup Washer)

The glass and cup rinser is an incredibly convenient, practical, and easy-to-use device that makes daily chores as quick and comfortable as possible. It connects to the mains water supply, and operation is controlled by pressing the corresponding button on the control panel. Using it is very simple: place the glass upside down on the holder and press the water supply button. Water sprays under pressure from the head’s nozzles in all directions, ensuring the glass is rinsed thoroughly, quickly, and efficiently from the inside. Stopping the water flow is just as easy — simply return the button to its original position.

To protect the dishes, there is a soft gray silicone pad with ridges for fast water drainage. It can be easily removed at any time to clean the rinser from possible contaminants, tea or coffee residues, and other similar food waste. The spray head with holes is made of corrosion-resistant brass, and the hole size allows for easy cleaning from limescale or other possible buildup if needed.

Detergent Dispenser

A classic push-type dispenser painted to match the sink color. Beneath the visible part, there is a 300 ml plastic bottle that can be easily refilled from above. To do this, the push head can be effortlessly removed, providing access to fill the bottle with dishwashing liquid, soap, or other liquid products.

The dispenser has standard mounting dimensions, making it easy to replace in the future with any compatible alternative. Dispensing the detergent is simple and intuitive — pressing the dispenser releases a portion of soap through the spout.

Automatic Siphon Switch

The kitchen station is equipped with an automatic siphon featuring remote control of the drain valve. For maximum convenience, the siphon’s rotary control is located on the control panel. Turning it in either direction closes or opens the drain.

Connection is made using a special cable included with the drain fitting. The cable is connected to the control knob, allowing you to operate the valve without touching it directly. This is especially convenient if baskets are installed in the sink and reaching the drain opening is difficult. In addition, it ensures maximum hygiene — there is no need to touch the drain hardware, which after washing may be covered with food residues or other waste particles.

Waterfall System

On the left side of the control panel is the waterfall system, which delivers a flat stream of water into the sink bowl or into a basket placed inside the bowl. This system is especially convenient for washing or rinsing food in the basket. Water flow is controlled by a button on the control panel, marked with the corresponding icon.

The flat stream is created by a specially shaped guide made of elastic, water-resistant silicone. This material is easy to clean, prevents scale and dirt buildup, and offers long-lasting durability in use.

Water Intake Point Selection Panel

The control panel features buttons that allow the user to select which system will deliver water. The options (from left to right) are: waterfall with a flat stream, cup rinser, faucet, waterfall with a shower stream.

It is possible to supply water through all points simultaneously by pressing all buttons. Water will flow as long as the button is pressed. To stop the water flow, the user must manually lift the button, for which a textured underside surface is provided to prevent finger slippage.

Faucet Spout

One of the main and most frequently used components of the kitchen station is the faucet spout. It is made of stainless steel with a coating matching the sink’s color and features a pull-out spout. The base of the spout is integrated into the control panel, allowing it to rotate freely around its axis. Essentially, it serves as a guide for the nylon hose to which the aerator is attached. The hose can be extended up to 60 cm, depending on the position of the counterweight, which also acts as a hose extension limiter.

The aerator is attached to the hose via a swivel joint, increasing flexibility and the tilt angle of the nozzle relative to the hose, while also protecting the connection point from premature deformation during use. The aerator has three functions: the standard stream and shower spray can be selected using the switch on the body, and for a stronger water flow, the user can additionally press the button on top.

Information Display

On the control panel, between the spout and the faucet regulator, there is an information display that shows the temperature of the water supplied to the faucet and the duration of the water flow session. The display is completely independent of external power sources, as it is powered by the water flow passing through a turbo generator (included in the delivery set).

When water flows to the faucet, it passes through the generator, which produces a small electric current that powers the display and a decorative LED strip of a pleasant blue color (running along the entire control panel). The generator also contains a temperature sensor that allows the current water temperature to be recorded and displayed, informing the user about the temperature in degrees Celsius.

Faucet Control Handle

The faucet regulator is made of plastic, combining a textured gold-colored surface with black glass, matching the overall style of the control panel. The size of the regulator provides a comfortable grip, and the texture prevents slipping, allowing easy turning of the handle to the desired position.

The handle-switch operates as follows: turning it to the left initially delivers water at a constant temperature (cold), further turning gradually mixes cold and hot water, increasing the flow temperature; turning to the right closes the water valve. The manufacturer recommends always closing the valve (turning the regulator to the right) after each use. Important note: the water is supplied at a constant pressure with no option for pressure adjustment.

Purified Water Faucet

This kitchen system is equipped with a special faucet for dispensing purified water, featuring a spout made to match the sink’s color. The spout for filtered water is mounted on a swivel joint, allowing it to rotate 360 degrees around its axis. It is made of stainless steel with a PVD coating that serves both decorative and protective purposes.

This faucet is designed for independent water supply from a filter (filter not included), and operation is controlled by a button located directly under the faucet. Pressing the button allows water to flow from the filter until the user releases the button, which stops the water flow.

Connection is made from underneath, behind the sink bowl, under the control panel. The connection is standard and compatible with plumbing lines from most filter manufacturers.

Waterfall with Shower Stream

For washing or rinsing produce, the shower waterfall is an indispensable feature that delivers a voluminous aerated water flow onto items placed, for example, in a perforated basket. Water flow starts when the corresponding button on the control panel is pressed and stops when it is returned to its original position. All nozzles are directed in such a way that the stream flows directly into the sink, preventing splashes upward or sideways.

The spray nozzle is made of durable silicone, which is easy to clean from scale and does not absorb contaminants into the material structure. The water pressure is not adjustable and is preset by the manufacturer at the factory.
