A special nozzle that allows extending the faucet spout, supplying a "shower" or regular stream, and adjusting the spray angle/direction. Includes a set of gaskets, a wrench, and a hex key for hinge connections.

• Spray direction adjustment in the vertical plane, up to upward flow.
• Two hinges allow for spout length correction.
• The aerator connection has an external thread of 24x1 and an internal thread of 22x1.
• Switching between "shower-stream" by turning the aerator body.
