One of the most important functional devices in the kitchen is a faucet. This device is responsible for supplying water to the kitchen sink in the required amount, at the desired temperature, and even in the preferred type, as modern faucets can, in addition to tap water, supply filtered water from one or multiple filtration systems. Structural Features

The key components of any faucet include: the body, a mechanism for mixing hot and cold water, a control system, and a spout with an aerator. These elements are present in every faucet, regardless of its shape, functionality, or price. The Valeso catalog features a wide range of faucet models in sink-matching colors, with chrome finishes, PVD coatings (galvanic coatings on stainless steel or brass), stainless steel, and more. Features of different faucet categories:

• Bathtub/shower faucets. Installed on the wall or a horizontal surface (mounted on the bathtub rim). Shower faucets typically lack a bottom spout and are designed to supply water to an overhead or handheld shower, meaning they do not include a bathtub/shower diverter. In contrast, bathtub faucets with showers feature a bottom spout and can supply water to two or three points, such as the spout or handheld shower, depending on the selected mode.
• Kitchen faucets. These include Valeso faucets made from brass or stainless steel, mounted on the kitchen sink, countertop, or wall (especially for undermount sinks). The range includes models with polymer coatings in sink-matching colors, PVD coatings, chrome finishes, and brushed stainless steel without coatings. Main Functional Mechanism

Faucets operate through different mixing and water supply systems. Based on the control method, they can be lever, valve, or sensor-operated. The mixing function is handled by a ceramic cartridge, a valve head, or a water supply valve.

• Lever faucets. Operate with a ceramic cartridge that adjusts water flow and temperature based on the position of the control lever. Simple, durable, and easy to use. Some models have two levers—one for tap water and another for filtered water.
• Valve faucets. Traditional faucets with separate hot and cold water controls, using two valve heads to regulate flow and temperature.
• Sensor faucets. Hands-free models that activate when a sensor detects movement. Water flow and temperature are preset, and water is dispensed via an electronic valve. Powered by batteries or a 220V adapter, these operate on low voltage, ensuring user safety.
