You can always return your purchase to the Valeso-Shop online store within 14 days if it does not suit you for the reasons specified in the law. The procedure for returning goods is carried out in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, including under certain conditions regarding the quality of the returned products. Thus, among other things, you can return the goods subject to the following requirements:

• no more than 14 days have passed since the date of purchase, which is recorded in the fiscal receipt;
• the factory packaging is not broken or damaged;
• the goods have not been used, have not been assembled, are returned in full factory configuration;
• the goods have no signs of use or mechanical damage;
• the goods have completely retained their consumer qualities and presentation.

Refund Policy

When placing an order with delivery in Ukraine and payment upon receipt or online, a refund can be issued by sending us the goods using the details specified by the store manager. In certain cases, it may take time to return the money, which will be made only after a service diagnostics of the product (in the case of returning goods whose quality cannot be determined visually, without a specialized check). In this case, as well as when paying for goods via the Internet, the refund is made to the buyer's bank account or card, or by transferring cash through the courier service "Nova Poshta".

• Return and exchange of goods is not possible if you have not checked the goods upon receipt.
• If you refuse a product of proper quality, with characteristics corresponding to the description on the website, the buyer pays for delivery and return services.
